US Black/Sludge metallers CHURCHBURN announced the departure of Shawn McCoy from the lineup:
"Dave and I (Ray) are sorry to report that Shawn McCoy has decided to step away from the band. Shawn was faced with some very tough and real life decisions regarding his financial/employment situation. We wish Shawn well. He is an amazing talent and a great friend of the band!
Going forward Kevin "Edwards" Curley will handle guitar duties alongside Dave. Also we are very happy to announce the addition of Mike Cardoso (I, DESTROYER, SUFFERING BASTARD, HAXEN) on bass. Mike brings a lot to the band in experience and overall knowledge of music. We can't wait to introduce our fans to this war machine that is CHURCHBURN!"
