North Carolina psychedelic Stoner punks ASG have entered the studio to begin recording their Relapse debut and first album in six years. The band’s fifth full-length is being recorded with renowned producer Matt Hyde (SLAYER, FU MANCHU, MONSTER MAGNET) at the Sunset Lodge in Hollywood, CA.
The band commented on the new record which is planned for an early 2013 release via Relapse Records: “We are very proud of the new material, we feel that we have tested some new sonic grounds in terms of our sound, and we can't wait for people to hear it!”
