Swedish Black Metal act REV 16:8, which was set to record a third full-length album later this summer, has now checked in with the following announcement about calling it quits:
"As of February 2012, REV 16:8 as a band is no more. The reason for the decision is solely personal, and the decision is mutual for the people involved.
"The recording session that would have taken place in June at Endarker Studio has been cancelled and no more recordings will be done from this band in the future."
