MONO: ''Where We Begin'' Video Streaming

MONO have today unveiled a brand new music video for their track "Where We Begin", to mark the worldwide release of their new twin albums entitled "The Last Dawn And Rays Of Darkness". You can watch the video below.

The video for "Where We Begin" was created by award winning film maker Mitsuyo Miyazaki. The music video is part of a bigger project from the talented director and producer - a short film also entitled "Where We Begin". The film’s title is taken from one of the tracks from MONO's new album, "The Last Dawn", as Miyazaki felt that the title was a powerful and positive way of describing our lives. The film also includes "Legend", a track from their previous album "For My Parents". More information on the film can be found HERE.

The release of the video comes as the two albums are released across the globe, with the European release being handled by Pelagic Records. The albums - the second of which is entitled "Rays Of Darkness" - were recorded simultaneously, although they are, creatively and conceptually, worlds apart. They are two sides to a story, but they remain hand in hand. Themes that have permeated MONO's previous output are revisited through the conjoined albums: hope and hopelessness, love and loss, immense joy and unspeakable pain.

"The Last Dawn And Rays Of Darkness" were recorded in May 2014, in Pennsylvania, USA, produced by MONO and engineered by Fred Weaver. The artwork for both albums was created by acclaimed, Michigan based, illustrator, Pat Perry. The albums are now available in both CD and vinyl versions via the Pelagic Records webstore.

MONO will be touring Europe in support of the two albums; support will come from HELEN MONEY. Full tour dates are below.
