MAYAN — the band featuring EPICA guitarist/songwriter Mark Jansen alongside Jack Driessen (ex-AFTER FOREVER) and Frank Schiphorst — has entered the studio to begin recording 11 new songs for its sophomore album, tentatively due before the end of the year.
Professionally filmed video footage of MAYAN's June 24, 2012 performance at the 'Graspop Metal Meeting' festival in Dessel, Belgium can be seen below. Making a special guest appearance with the band at the concert was REVAMP/ex-AFTER FOREVER vocalist Floor Jansen.
